TERMS OF AGREEMENT

Please read the following "Terms of Agreement" before proceeding with your order.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion of standard orders (unless otherwise specified in special instructions). UPS ground rates will apply to return (unless otherwise specified in special instructions). Expedited orders are available and must be agreed to by r h y t h m e d i a before shipping your order. r h y t h m e d i a promises to deliver said services and products to client as agreed to in the confirmation of client's order (we will call to confirm the order details within two business days following client's order submission). A 20% deposit will be requested and received for each order prior to receipt of client's materials (an invoice will be emailed by r h y t h m e d i a prior to client shipping respective materials to be converted to DVD). r h y t h m e d i a is not responsible for materials damaged en route from client. Any misprocessing, damage, or loss by r h y t h m e d i a or its agents, even if due to our negligence, or other fault, will only entitle client to replacement with a like amount of unexposed, brand new VHS tape(s) or film, or services. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the video tape, film, print, slide, negative, or digital image, is without warranty or liability, and recovery for any direct, incidental, or consequential damges is excluded. r h y t h m e d i a is not responsible for any video tapes, film, print, slide, negative, or digital image left in our possession after thirty (30) days following delivery of final product and materials to client. Pricing estimates are subject to change at the discretion of r h y t h m e d i a without written contract. Once a deposit is invoiced, payment is made and received by r h y t h m e d i a, said pricing shall remain in full force for said client and shall not be subject to change.

Our shipping address information will be emailed to you once order confirmation is made following the submission of your order. We are located in Normal, Illnois, however, for your shipping estimate.
